The time finally came to pack away the sweaters, and find a home for all of my favorite tank tops and shorts. I am lucky enough to claim our entire guest bedroom as my own personal closet, but it isn't big enough to hold both my sweaters and my bathing suits. I don't mind however, it means I get to enjoy one day at the beginning of each Winter and Summer that feels a bit like Christmas. I love opening up the boxes full of clothes I haven't seen in months, trying everything on and remembering all of my favorite pieces, completing a few loads of laundry and finishing a few hours of re-organizing my closet to find room for it all. I'm not a huge fan of chores, but I do love organizing my closet. It feels a bit like hanging out with some old friends and making some plans for future fun. With a freshly cleaned closet I am ready to dress for the summer heat.

Oh I love how everything looks! SO clean and neat... and the shoe organizer. I need to get one of those. Things just look more inviting when organized like your favorite shoe store.
