The Mysterious Love of My Life

My love of all things high heeled is no secret, but there is another love in my life that just doesn't get much face time here at Internal Sequin Issues ... Johnny. I don't mean to keep him the mystery man in the shadows and it isn't because he has no interest in my Fashion Blog, quite the opposite in fact. This man knows more about fashion than most girls I know. His taste is impeccable and he is far more qualified to write a fashion blog than I. The truth is however that he is a bit camera shy, and when I say camera shy I mean he hates pictures of himself. Hates...

Every so often (through much convincing in the style of begging on my hands and knees and pleading with him that we don't have any decent photos to show our future children) he appeases me for short windows of time in which I search around desperately for anyone who can take a picture right on the first try. He would prefer to be the man behind the camera, I am just thankful to have him standing by me where ever that may be.

This amazing man and I celebrated 4 years together this past weekend. It's so amazing to me how fast time has flown. It seems like just yesterday that he was asking me to be his girlfriend, and yet I can't remember what life was like before him. He is witty and intelligent and quite the looker if I do say so myself. And if being smart and funny wasn't enough, he recently started his own blog to chronicle his love of food. I am thankful every day to have found my better half and so look forward to spending the rest of my life with him, even if for the rest of my life I will have to beg him to stop making that silly face in our family photos.
