I'm not sure if it's all the extra Vitamin D I get in the Summer, or if the Sun just puts people in a better mood, but things over here at Sequin Headquarters just seem to keep getting better and better.
A good friend of ours was participating in a town garage sale, and it was the perfect excuse to get ride of some of the things laying around the house and spend some time quality time collecting nickles and dimes and enjoying the weather with a great friend! The night before I got a phone call from her friend, letting me know that she had just dropped off a bag of clothes for the garage sale, and our mutual friend wanted to put it all to the side so I could go through it first. Is there anything better than hand-me-down clothes? Well the only thing that could be better is arriving to the house to discover that all of those clothes are your size.

This adorable skirt was one of the items in the bag. A perfect fit, an amazing cut and pockets?!? Can a Saturday afternoon get any more exciting? A few days later Johnny called to let me know that the house we had just saw and love was ours. After 3 1/2 years together he and I are taking the plunge and moving in together. The duplex where we will be moving is not far from our current locations, and is an amazing little town. We are so excited for the move, and so excited to have a place of our own.
You know when people say, Karma is a bitch? Well I also happen to think that Karma can be a sweetheart too. If you put good vibes out into the world, you will get those same vibes back.
