Internal Style Check Up

I had planned to wait until the appropriate day to post this new feature, but I am just to excited! Recently, I have been joining My Pretty Pennies in a Weekly Money Check-Up Survey. Originally I just thought it was a neat concept, but I now look forward to filling out the questions each week. It is not only a great way to track my spending, but it has helped to make me feel accountable for my spending. Money is not the only thing in my life though that I have recently found myself trying to be more in control of. The changing of seasons from Summer to Fall always seems to re-ignite a bit of a fire under my butt, and inside of just roasting in the flames, this year I decided to do something about it! I've filled my Recipe folder with healthy recipes, and have created a work-out schedule full of just getting up and moving! Outside of just eating better and exercising more, I also want to keep working on being a better person as a whole. Sometimes, the best thing you can do for yourself is to sit down and think about your accomplishments! Each week ( likely Friday's) I want to do a feature I am calling, ' Internal Style Check- Up'. This will be a series of 5 questions ( similar to the Weekly Money Check-Up Survey) that I have created to help me reflect on my week, and keep myself on the path to better living.
This feature is open to all! I encourage anyone who is interested to also post the survey with your answers on your blog. If you do, I would love to be sent a link in the comment section so I can see your responses. This winter I pledge to Eat Better, Feel Better and Live Better! I will post the 5 questions for answering each week now, but I won't be actually answering them until the actual Feature day until Friday. Let me know what you think! These check ups you do are great! the money one especially! I think it is so great to just check in weekly so that things don't just slip up on you! this is something that I should absolutely integrate into my fall and winters, (well summers too maybe!) to make sure I continue to do things that make me feel happy and not let those nagging blues creep up. thanks!

i think this is a great idea, you're doing all the things i'm trying to do - cut down on spending, eat better, exercise more - so i'll be trying answering the questions!
