Winter Fashion Myths

I'm slowly embracing my summer skirts as winter options. When I think of the perfect winter skirts I naturally think dark, pattern-less and Pencil in shape. My summer skirts are full of colors and they flow when I walk. I adore my collection of A-line skirts, but why keep them hidden during the winter months?
Just like with colors, I'm figuring out that for me there are few fashion flaws that can be made in winter. Embrace bright colors, enjoy skirts that flow, add socks to peep toe heels and throw on a scarf for an extra layer. The one flaw I will always try to avoid? Wearing white. Not for fear of breaking the labor day rule, but because the further into winter we get, the paler I get. No need to blend in to the snowy surroundings.
